Sustainability involves three key aspects for us; Environmental, Economic and Social.
Environmental Sustainability
We practice making responsible decisions that reduce the negative impact of operations on the environment. This involves balancing economic growth with environmental stewardship, and improving people’s quality of life by existing in balance with the planet’s natural resources.
Economic Sustainability
Economic sustainability is the ability of a company to maintain its profitability and growth over time, while also considering the social and environmental impacts of its activities. It means using resources efficiently, minimising waste and emissions, investing in human capital, and creating value for employees and clients. Economic sustainability helps enhance our competitiveness, resilience, and adaptability in a challenging market.
Social Sustainability
Our social environment is the network of relationships and interactions that we have with our customers, employees, suppliers, communities, and regulators. It reflects the values, norms, and expectations that shape the behaviour and performance of the company and its members. A focus on our business social environment positively influences our reputation, trust, loyalty, innovation, and productivity.
